FRIDAS Public Symposium
We invite you on Thursday, 19 March 2026, 13:00–15:00, to the Serafeio Athletic & Community Complex of the Municipality of Athens, for a public symposium dedicated to the relationship between art, sport and inclusion, held as part of the launch of the European project FRIDAS – Freedom in Rights Identities driven through Arts and Sports.

Experts from various fields will share knowledge and experiences, creating a space for dialogue and social cohesion. The event is organized by liminal in collaboration with all project partners and mark the beginning of a shared European journey toward inclusion, diversity, and equal participation in sports and the arts.

Earlier the same day, 11:30-12:30, we invite wheelchair users to an experiential workshop, where they will have the opportunity to learn the rules and techniques of wheelchair rugby.
Participation in the workshop is free.
The public symposium is part of the Municipality of Athens’ March initiative: “Disability Awareness Activities Month”.
Symposium Program
The public symposium will take place on Thursday, 19 March 2026, 13:00–15:00, at the Serafeio Athletic & Community Complex of the Municipality of Athens. The audience will have the opportunity to attend presentations, discussions, and interactive activities on sport, art, and inclusion.
The venue is accessible to wheelchair users.
The event will be held in English, with simultaneous interpretation in Greek Sign Language.
