The educational program returns at Megaron

The educational program of the Megaron The Athens Concert Hall “Discovering Musical Instruments: The Instruments of the Symphonic Orchestra” returns with its second cycle of this season! The musicians of the Underground Youth Orchestra and its artistic director and conductor Kostas Iliadis invite us to explore the instruments of the symphony orchestra… up close! The workshop is accessible for children with sensory and/or neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Accessibility

In collaboration with liminal, the educational workshop is once again made accessible to families with children aged 6 and above with sensory and/or neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Children with disabilities are encouraged to arrive 20 minutes before the start time of the workshop, in order to have a touch tour, meet the participants and get acquainted with the venue.

During the workshop, interpretation in Greek Sign Language is provided, and the music and sounds produced are visualized through waveform graphics for children with hearing disabilities.
