S_ words
The inclusive dance company Artogether presents its new performance S_ words on Sunday, 21 June 2026 at 20:30 at Plyfа. Almost two years after their last show (Tricky Little Games), the company returns with a new work that moves between movement, words, and sound.

What is it about
The title plays between the words “words” and “swords”. In an age where language is considered the primary channel of communication between people, the belief that we can communicate through the body, through sound, through the eyes, is a battle — a small act of rebellion.
In S_ words we try to scramble the familiar tools of communication in order to reinvent our own language of togetherness.
Movement, words and sound emerge from the same collective body as elements of the same world. Words with meaning that mean nothing, words that turn into sound, sound that becomes movement, movement that generates words — all tangled in a dance that is created and dissolved at the same moment.
A strange polyphony, a hidden language revealed through the movement of bodies, celebrating their difference.
Accessibility
S_ words has been designed with creative accessibility in mind, integrating accessibility tools organically from the very beginning of the creative process. These elements can facilitate the experience for audience members with visual impairments. We note, however, that the performance cannot be considered fully accessible for this particular audience.
👉 The performance is accessible to D/deaf and hard of hearing people. There will be simultaneous interpretation in Greek Sign Language.
