An intimate, personal navigation through the basements of POLYDRAMA and the living rooms of friends. Hosted by ody icons.

Σε μια μουσική σκηνή ένας άντρας με σγουρά μαύρα μαλλιά, γένια και σατέν εμπριμέ αεράτο πουκάμισο τραγουδά στο μικρόφωνο. Πίσω του, προβάλλονται στον τοίχο πλανήτες και μικρές λάμψεις σαν αστέρια να χάνονται στο συμπαντικό στερέωμα. Ο μπλε χαμηλός φωτισμός, οι δύο λεπτές λωρίδες διάφανων πετραδιών κάτω από τα μάτια του σα χρυσά δάκρια και η έκφραση του προσώπου του με τα φρύδια να σμίγουν και τα βλέφαρα μισόκλειστα σα να συγκρατεί έναν λυγμό δημιουργούν μια ατμοσφαιρική, εξομολογητική κατάσταση επί σκηνής.

Every Saturday in December, at the Red Jasper Cabaret Theatre, songs from the ody icons’ first album, POLYDRAMA are revealed through their storytelling, along with special guests each night. Once again, liminal will take on the Production Management and the Accessibility of the event with Sign Language Interpretation and Surtitling for Deaf and Hard of Hearing people.

The stage is transformed into a personal space, a dressing room, a bedroom, a lounge and within it icons musicians and icons spectators meet to sing together with tenderness and relief. Each room, a unique planet. Each planet, a landing in the unknown. The main roommate in these rooms is the producer of the POLYDRAMA album, Fotis ingie Papatheodorou.

In this private but spectacular walk, every Saturday, a guest will come to the rooms to sing along with ody icon on the piano, songs that reveal a part of their temperament. Songs that without them they wouldn’t be who they are.

Φορά αεράτο εμπριμέ πουκάμισο, έχει κοσμήματα και βαμμένα νύχια ενώ δύο λεπτές λωρίδες διάφανων πετραδιών ξεχωρίζουν κάτω από τα μάτια του σα χρυσά δάκρια.

In the album POLYDRAMA, ody icons reveal the materials from which tears are made and turn on the lights in the secret rooms of our most intimate confessions, a collection of songs – signs within the last years that perform the admission of the thirst for drama and methods of its release within the cultures that shaped their personality in Cyprus, Greece and Paris.
