Klikable at Play Identity

Colorful horizontal poster for Play Identity. On a beige background resembling aged paper, the title “Play Identity” appears on the left in colorful lettering, arranged in two lines. Beneath it, in smaller grey text, is the subtitle “international meeting on play and education”. At the top right, in colorful letters arranged diagonally, the text reads: “a three-day international meeting on play, positive education and mental resilience”. In the center and lower part of the poster, an orange watercolor-like dot is intersected by a curved yellow line, which frames the information: “24–26 April at the Athens Conservatoire”.

On Sunday, April 26, 13:00–15:30, join us at the Athens Conservatoire, where the liminal team will host the Klikable workshop as part of Play Identity 2026. A hands-on experience that brings together photography, play, and inclusion in a shared space of exploration and co-creation.

How do we move from being passive observers to active allies? How can art become a tool for cultivating empathy, presence, and a sense of belonging?

Upstanders: Photography & the Art of Allyship

This photography workshop with eyes closed frees imagination from the predominance of eyesight and activates hearing, smell, touch and the sense of the atmosphere through our largest sense organ, our skin.

Using photography as an experiential medium, participants explore empathy, perspective-shifting, and care.

The workshop takes the form of a playful city exploration. Participants will practice blindfold photography using their smartphone cameras, working in pairs and alternating roles between photographer and guide.

No prior experience is required.

The workshop will be facilitated by liminal in collaboration with Dr. Meg Warren.

Play identity – international meeting on play & education

Human Flourishing Movement (HFM), in collaboration with Paichnidagogeio, Inside Out Nature, and Paizontas, presents Play Identity 2026, taking place from April 24 to 26 at the Athens Conservatoire. The venue transforms into a vibrant hub of experiential learning, art, and play.

In a time of collective psychological fatigue, Play Identity proposes play as a powerful way to build resilience. Participants—including parents, educators, and professionals—will take part in workshops and creative installations, gaining practical tools for developing a “flexible mind” that can adapt and flourish in everyday life.
