INCLUSIVET: Training Programme for Artists with Disabilities
Action Synergy, in collaboration with liminal and other specialised organisations in the field of disability and inclusion, invites you to the international training programme INCLUSIVET.
From April 22 to June 25, the programme offers weekly online webinars and in-person workshops, combining experiential activities, self-assessment tools, and practical application.

The programme is designed for artists with disabilities, as well as people within their support networks, and aims to strengthen empowerment, build skills, and support the development and visibility of their artistic practice.
What does the training programme includes?
The training has a total duration of 40 hours and combines online and in-person sessions.
The in-person workshops take place at Choros of liminal (Platia Theatrou 6, Athens). Participants based outside Athens have the option to attend only the online part of the programme.

Core themes
The programme covers three main thematic areas:
- Personal Development Self-awareness, goal setting, communication, human rights, and empowerment.
- Support and Networks Social and professional networks, digital tools, collaborations, and accessibility.
- Cultural Entrepreneurship and Promotion Development of artistic products or services, organisation of cultural activities, promotion of artistic work, and basic financial management.
The programme aims to empower artists with disabilities by strengthening their autonomy and professional identity, while equipping them with practical tools to create, organise, and promote their artistic work and projects.
Training schedule
Sessions take place:
- online every Wednesday (17:00–19:00)
- in person every Thursday (17:00–19:00) at Choros of liminal (Platia Theatrou 6, Athens)

Who is it for
The INCLUSIVET training programme is open to:
- artists with disabilities who wish to develop their skills and promote their work
- educators, caregivers, and individuals from the support environment who want to strengthen their ability to support artists with disabilities

About INCLUSIVET
INCLUSIVET is a European project which aims to increase the capacity of vocational education and training (VET) organisations mainly in Latin America but also in Europe to support entrepreneurship and employability of artists with disabilities.
The programme is implemented through the collaboration of organisations from Europe and Latin America, with activities also taking place in Chile, Peru, Croatia, Lithuania, and Spain.
