At the event, historian Iasonas Chandrinos presents his research on the resistance movement of war invalids during the Occupation (1941-1944) and the repression by the occupation government, culminating in the blockade of hospitals in Athens by collaborators of the Occupation forces on the 30th of November 1943. At the same time, he sheds light on the fate of Greek political prisoners in the Nazi euthanasia centres created as part of the eugenic “cleansing” of German society.
and now
Ioanna Maitani from the Point for the Study and Confrontation of the Far Right discusses with the cool crips, Spyros Dantanidis and Grigoris Chrysikos, about contemporary forms of ableism and the Far Right.
